1. Vitamin B12

3. Thiamine (B1)

4. Niacin (B3)
Yet another B-vitamin important for your health, niacin also supplies your body with energy, and also helps the body remove toxins and waste from the body. It’s also believed that niacin can help to lower cholesterol levels and regulate blood sugar. Niacin can be found in avocado, chicken, and fish.
5. Vitamin A
You may have heard that carrots are good for healthy eyes, and this is because they are rich in vitamin A. Vitamin A also helps to support the immune system, and can even support the functions of your nervous system. Because it helps to eliminate free radicals from the body, some believe that this vitamin can also diminish the signs of aging. In addition to carrots, vitamin A can also be found in cantaloupe, potatoes, liver, and mango.
6. Vitamin C
Everybody knows that vitamin C is important, but few people realize that it does much more than support your immune system. This vitamin also supports your heart by maintaining healthy cholesterol levels, and it is an effective antioxidant. Vitamin C is relatively easy to get enough of, and can be found in oranges, kale, broccoli, strawberries, and many other fruits and vegetables.
7. Vitamin D
Sometimes vitamin D gets a bad rap because it is often associated with exposure to sunlight. While it’s true that sun exposure is the quickest way to absorb a large amount of vitamin D, you can also find plenty of this vitamin in dietary options, including tuna, salmon, and cod liver oil. Getting enough vitamin D will help increase your energy levels and ensure that the calcium in your body is being absorbed and used as needed.
8. Vitamin E
A powerful antioxidant, vitamin E also helps with energy levels. This vitamin can be found in large amounts in sunflower seeds, spinach, and peanut butter.
