Skin moles are medically known as melanocytic nevi. Moles are brown, black, or flesh-colored patches or spots on the skin that form because of melanocytes. Some factors including hormonal fluctuations, genetics, and sun exposure might impact the quantity and appearance of skin moles. Most moles are harmless, but in few rare cases it might become cancerous.
If one of your moles looks different than other existing moles or you see changes in the color, size, height, shape or texture, consult a dermatologist as soon as possible. Or, if your skin moles start oozing, bleeding, itching or become painful, take immediate action as seek medical help.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Thanks to the acidic content, apple cider vinegar (ACV) can scab the mole and make it fall down steadily over time. Take a cotton ball and dip it in ACV and place it on the affected skin area. Cover it with a bandage and wait 4-5 hours before removing it off.
Repeat this method for 10 days until the skin mole falls off. Remember that ACV tends to make the skin mole worse in the first few days, but the condition will get better within one week. If there is any scar left, you can apply coconut oil.
Frankincense oil was first used by the Egyptians for skin care, stomach ailments, incense, and kohl. It contains sesquiterpenes which can stimulate the human brain to control feelings and also help different hormonal glands, in addition to strengthening the immune system by improving leukocyte activities.
Frankincense oil is an astringent in nature, helping dry up a skin mole and removing it naturally. Add 8 teaspoons of olive oil to 1 teaspoon of frankincense essential oil to dilute it. Then, dab it over your skin moles and leave it there for several hours.
Repeat this routine thrice per day for several weeks. In order to prevent scarring, you need to continue this treatment for a few days even after your moles disappear.
Being a natural discutient, castor oil can naturally dissolve and get rid of unusual growths, thereby removing moles, warts and skin tags effectively. More importantly, castor oil will not leave scars. Mix several drops of castor oil with a pinch of baking soda. Rub this mixture over your skin moles. Wait for a few hours to let it dry naturally. Repeat this routine twice per day for a month to get rid of your skin moles for good.
Garlic is one of the best natural treatments for skin moles. This natural antibiotic includes enzymes that help break down cell clusters of pigment-creating cells. Moreover, it also helps lighten dark pigmentations. Disinfect the affected skin area with clean water, then crush a small peg of fresh garlic and place it on your moles. Secure with a masking tape or sticky bandage. Remove the bandage after 5 hours. Continue applying this method for several days.
While iodine is popular for regulating thyroid as well as other hormones, it is also an effective solution for mole removal. After cleansing the affected skin area, apply a small amount of petroleum jelly over the skin to prevent its staining.
Apply a drop of 5% iodine solution on the mole. Cover it with a bandage and leave it for a few hours. Repeat the routine for several weeks. It might give a little itching or burning sensation on your skin, but iodine can remove skin moles without leaving scars.
When it comes to natural treatments for skin moles, flaxseed oil is a very effective home remedy. It softens the raised moles and loosens them around the edges, making it easy to come off. Mix honey, flaxseed oil, and finely ground flax seeds to create a paste. Apply the mixture over the affected areas of the skin, and wait for one hour before removing it. Apply this method 3 times per day for several weeks.
Grapefruit Seed Extract
Being high in flavonoids and vitamin E, grapefruit seed extract is considered as a good natural treatment for skin moles. Apply a drop of grapefruit seed extract on your skin moles, use a bandage to cover it, and wait for several hours. Do this routine a few times per day for one month to remove skin moles once and for all.
Aloe Vera works as a mild natural treatment for eliminating and lightening a skin mole, unlike many other acidic ingredients. Apply a good amount of fresh Aloe Vera over your moles, secure it with a bandage, and wait for 4 hours before removing. Continue repeating this routine 3 times per day for a month to get the desired results.
You can use onion juice to remove skin moles and even your skin tone thanks to its acidic properties. Extract the fresh onion juice and apply it over the affected skin area. After 30 minutes, wash it off. Repeat this routine 3 times per day for at least 3 weeks to get permanent results.
