How He Healed Himself of Testis Cancer—Naturally

Cancer is a ravaging disease that will affect ⅓ – ½ of adults in their lifetime. Chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation, or a combination thereof, are the usual treatment options when one is diagnosed with cancer. However, those treatments come with a heavy load of side effects including extreme nausea, weight loss, fatigue, and more. They also pose the risk of death, especially chemotherapy since it drastically reduces your white blood cell count.

The Journey Began

When one man received his cancer diagnoses, he decided that the traditional forms of treatment were not for him. Instead, Tom Arguello opted to focus on lifestyle and dietary changes to fight his testis cancer diagnosis.

After doing immense research on alternative cancer treatments, Tom embarked on his new diet and healthier lifestyle. Every morning, he would drink a glass of Kombucha tea first thing. About an hour later, he would start juicing his organic fruits and vegetables (heavy on the vegetables). Some veggies that he turned to most often included:

  • Swiss chard
  • Carrots
  • Beets
  • Celery
  • Cucumber
  • Parsley
  • Spinach

The juicing, combined with drinking plenty of alkaline water, is key. Since cancer thrives in an acidic environment, it is important to regulate the pH levels in your body, which the alkaline water and fruits and vegetable juices all do. In addition, fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants and nutrients that help eliminate free-radicals in the body and fight cancer cells.

These juices made up the bulk of Tom’s nutrients. However, when he did need a snack, he turned to all-natural, healthy, lean protein such as nuts. Walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, and other seeds and nuts all became mainstays for Tom’s snacks. When he needed a bit more protein in his diet, he opted for Atlantic wild-caught fish. Red meat and dairy were nearly eliminated from his diet, as both are believed to contribute to cancer growth.

Not only did Tom dramatically change his diet, but he also changed his daily habits and activity level as well. Even when not battling cancer, exercise is a crucial element to keeping your body healthy, fit, and strong enough to fight back against disease and sickness. As Tom can attest to, something as simple as going for a walk outside can be enough to increase your body’s strength, improve your mood, and catch some much-needed vitamin D. Incorporate this with mild weight-lifting and strength-training, and you’ll be helping your body fight back against what’s on the inside.

Another key factor of Tom’s recovery is his elimination of processed foods and genetically modified organisms. Because we still don’t exactly know how things such as high-fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, and growth hormones in our dairy affect our bodies, it is best to stay away from them completely, if possible. Opt for fresh, organic options whenever you can.

Tom ArguelloSince my initial diagnosis I have had multiple clean blood tests that show that I no longer have cancer. I don’t like to use the word “remission” because that implies that it could come back.  I am here to tell you that cancer CAN be beat naturally through a complete transformation of the mind, body and spirit! You truly have to change your life to overcome it. This means getting off processed foods and GMO’s.  As a society, we often choose to take the easy way out. To me, chemotherapy seemed like taking the easy way out. I realized that surgery and chemo doesn’t really cure anything. You could cut off a tumor and have it grow back. What really needs to be addressed is the root cause of the problem: diet and lifestyle. The only cure for cancer is a lifelong dedication to clean eating and to health and wellness.

As Tom Arguello has shown, cancer can be beat through a complete mind, body, and lifestyle makeover. By finally taking care of his body, Tom was able to beat cancer and get his life back. So whether you too are dealing with a cancer diagnosis or are simply trying to prevent cancer and other diseases, it’s time to start paying attention to what you put into your body. If you treat your body well, it will return the favor.
