Eliminating Gallstones Naturally (Liver Cleanse)

Gallstones can be extremely uncomfortable and painful, and are characterized by discomfort in the abdomen. While professionals tend to disagree whether gallstones actually originate in the gallbladder or the kidneys, there is no disagreement that pain relief is a necessary part of treatment. Because removal of the gallbladder does not necessarily address the issue, it is important to utilize this natural liver cleanse to eliminate gallstones quickly and painlessly.

The Liver Cleanse

This cleanse only requires two days of effort, whereas other (less effective) cleanses can take up to a week. Below you will find the ingredients needed and the proper steps to take.

  • ½ cup of cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large grapefruit
  • 4 tablespoons of Epsom salt
  • 3 cups of fresh grapefruit or apple juice
  • Chamomile supplements
  • 2 Large jars
  • Optional: 3 lemons

The first and most important step is to test yourself for an Epsom salt allergy. This step is imperative because a bad allergic reaction to the larger amount of Epsom salt used in the gallstone cleanse could result in dangerous health effects, and maybe even death.

To test yourself, hold about ¼ teaspoon of Epsom salt in your mouth for 30-60 seconds, then swallow. Wait about 30 minutes to see if you have any reaction. Also, since this cleanse requires two days, make sure you have two free days where this process can be your priority.

Prior to starting the cleanse, test yourself for an allergy to chamomile, and put a hold on taking any other vitamins, herbs, or medicines.

Eliminating the Gallstones

Follow this timeline for the two days of your gallstone cleanse:

Day 1

Morning: Eat a breakfast with no fat. Oatmeal with fruit, toast with honey or preserves, or fruit juice are all good options. Absolutely no dairy products!

Lunch: Follow the same rules for lunch as you did for breakfast.

2:00 PM: This is the end of food consumption until the end of the gallstone cleanse! This part is necessary for it to work. Combine 4 tablespoons of Epsom salt with 3 cups of juice (either grapefruit or apple) and mix together inside a jar. Refrigerate this mixture until 6:00 pm.

6:00 PM: Drink ¾ cup (should be ¼ of the entire jar that you refrigerated earlier) of the refrigerated Epsom salt solution. You can rinse your mouth with water afterwards, if needed. At this point, bring the olive oil and grapefruit to room temperature.

8:00 PM: Drink one more ¾ cup serving of your refrigerated Epsom salt solution.

9:45 PM: Wash your grapefruit and then squeeze the juice into a measuring cup (removing excess pulp); combine ¼ cup of the grapefruit juice with ½ cup of olive oil. You can add some lemon juice to improve the flavor, but make sure the mixture does not exceed ¾ cup. Let the mixture sit out while you use the restroom.

10:00 PM: Take four 300 mg chamomile capsule while you drink your olive oil mixture. You can use a small amount of organic honey to cleanse your palate between sips. Be sure that you are standing while drinking the mixture, and finish the entire concoction within 15 minutes of starting. After finishing the mixture, lie down on your right side and stay still for at least twenty minutes, but really try to go to sleep if you can.

Day 2

Upon waking (but not before 6:00 AM): First thing you should do in the morning is take a third dose of the refrigerated Epsom salt mixture. If you feel nauseous at this point, try holding a ginger supplement in your mouth (against your cheek) for quick absorption. Once you finish the solution you can return to bed.

Two Hours Later: Drink the last serving of the Epsom salt solution and go back to bed again.

Two More Hours Later: This is four hours after you woke up and consumed your third Epsom salt mixture. Now, you can start to eat again! But to avoid indigestion, start with only fruit juice. Wait 30-60 minutes, and then you can have some fruit. Wait another 30-60 minutes, and you can then have “real” food, but make sure it is a light meal.  Congratulations, now you’ve finished the gallstone cleanse!

You will want to make sure you can stay at home during this cleanse because it is likely to cause diarrhea. Also, be sure to adhere to the timeline, because timing is very important for the liver cleanse to work. Of course, if you have an allergic or adverse reaction at all to any of the ingredients, then disregard the entire process.

Do not try this cleanse if you are also experiencing other serious medical issues. Also, this cleanse is meant to clean out gallstones from your system and should not be used during a gallbladder attack.

The cleanse is cheap, easy, and fairly quick when it comes to gallstone treatments. If you suffer from gallstones, whether occasionally or regularly, this cleanse is worth a try.
