How to Detox all Organs of the Body & Boost Your Immune System

1. Starving Candida

When choosing a supplement to take, it should be made up of a combination of or all of:  pau d’arco, caprylic acid, berberine, grapefruit seed extract, biotin, zinc, and olive leaf extract. Candida can quickly build up a resistance to herbs, so you will need to rotate what you are consuming. The rotation should be done if you have unsuccessfully tried to kill the candida in the past. The herbs should be taken 3 times per day for 6 weeks or more. In addition to this, a digestive enzyme will aid in breaking down the food and extra toxins when the candida has died off.

NOTE: some people will feel worse before they feel better when trying this. Flu-like symptoms are possible and this is a sign of the yeast dying. It is possible that it will overwhelm the body and liver. If this happens, cut the supplement intake in half or totally stop them and then ease back in. The reaction is called a herxheimer reaction. Alternatively, activated charcoal and diatomaceous earth can aid in getting rid of toxins from the body.

3. Suffocating Candida

Lymphatic Cleanse

Perhaps the most important item needed to clean out the lymphatic system is cardiovascular exercise: walking and other activities help to pump toxins out of the lymphatic system.
