Directions:

Take your filtered water and fill up a large glass jar with it. Then, drop the lemon slice into your filtered water (don’t squeeze it). Last, sprinkle in the Himalayan salt into the jar. Cover and seal the jar tightly, leaving it to sit out overnight at room temperature. The next morning, you’ll have a glass of alkaline water ready for your pleasure! Try to drink three 8-ounce glasses before breakfast.
